Timothy Z. Mosley - Producer, Pioneer, Purpose.

Born in Norfolk and raised in Virginia Beach, Timbaland didn't just grow up loving music... he grew up reshaping it. Coming up alongside Missy Elliott, Pharrell Williams, and Magoo, he arrived with an instinct no textbook could teach. His work on Aaliyah's "One in A Million" and Ginuwine's "Pony" in 1996 announced a new kind of producer to the world, one who didn't follow trends but created them.

Architect of a New Era

The credits speak for themselves: Aaliyah, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé, Nelly Furtado, One Republic, Michael Jackson, Bubba Sparxxx, Ms. Jade, Kiley Dean, Madonna, and more. Albums like FutureSex/LoveSounds and Loose became cultural turning points. As executive music producer for FOX's Empire, he proved his gifts extended far beyond the booth. Timbaland has over 200 million records sold, a Songwriter Hall of Fame Award, Four Grammy Awards, and more. He is a legacy still being written.

Beyond the Studio

He co-created Verzuz with Swizz Beatz, celebrating Black music's legacy across generations.  In 2025, he released Timbo Progression and co-founded Stage Zero, driven by a simple belief: emerging technology should open doors for artists, not close them. He is also the force behind Timbo Ido, a platform created to spotlight emerging talent and new creative expression.
